Looking for a provider to take a 37-year-old male (MB) out a couple of times per month for recreational activities (10-12 hours per month). MB is on a self-waiver and needs minimal supports. He lives with his family in Millersburg. Some of his areas of interest include hiking, mini golf, WWE wrestling, video games, and the Cleveland Guardians.

MB has great communication skills, is ambulatory, and is able to independently tend to his self-care needs. He volunteers without supports at the Save & Serve Thrift Store on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and needs a provider that would be available on other days of the week. He is open to either male or female staff.
