PROVIDER NEEDED

“The SSA Department is working with an individuals in need of a provider. If you are a certified DODD provider and are interested in providing support, please contact the SSA listed with the description.”

A middle-aged man in Millersburg is seeking a reliable, compassionate care provider for approximately 15–20 hours per week. Preferred schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2 PM to 7 PM, but days and times are flexible based on availability.

Support Needed Includes:

Meal preparation and assistance with planning grocery lists
Scheduling and coordinating doctor’s appointments
Light housekeeping (laundry, general cleaning)
Personal care assistance (nail care, shaving)
Comfortable working in a home with cats

Services will be provided in the individual’s home. This gentleman currently has a Level 1 waiver.
