ELIGIBILITY
The first step to determine if a person is eligible to receive Holmes County Board of Developmental Disabilities services is to call the SSA Supervisor at 330-674-8045 Ext. 224.
In order for an individual to be determined eligible, there must be documented medical evidence of a developmental disability and functional limitations. There are different requirements for age groups.
