ABOUT US

The Holmes County Board of Developmental Disabilities provides services and supports to Holmes County residents who have been determined eligible for services. Holmes DD is funded through property tax levies paid by Holmes County residents, allowing services to be provided at no cost to participants and their families.

ELIGIBILITY

The first step to determine if a person is eligible to receive Holmes County Board of Developmental Disabilities services is to call the SSA Supervisor at 330-674-8045 Ext. 224.


In order for an individual to be determined eligible, there must be documented medical evidence of a developmental disability and functional limitations. There are different requirements for age groups.
